My son and I were returning from a hunting trip in northern Wisconsin. Car broke down 20 south of Rockford. AAA towed us to Mark's inasmuch as he is a AAA designated shop. Got off tow truck and knew we were in a good place. Could have eaten off floor of garage. Mark's crew diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the part was unavailable that late in day. Mark personally took us and our two hunting dogs to local hotel. I had concerns over security of our shotguns. Mark assured me car would be inside and that the garage had 14 camera security system. Next morning car was fixed and Mark picked us up at hotel. we made it back the nearly 450 miles without a hitch. Great shop highly recommend!
