Review content:
We are very pleased with the work they did for us in an emergency. Our water heater started leaking and we had another company come to replace it, only to learn that it could not be installed without a chimney liner - a relatively new regulation, at least to us. We called Safeside and within a day, they came to assess the situation, give us a reasonable estimate and two days later, the liner was in. Their two installers, Derek and Joe, were efficient, most friendly and happy to explain what was done and why. We were very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. All in all, a very positive experience in stressful circumstances.
