It was quite unfortunate that I didn’t see the essence of working with a reputation management company until my Google places account, among others were being bombarded with negative fake reviews. Thanks to Brightpast, they were able to rectify the situation and I was then able to regain trust from my customers and promote more positive word of mouth. It’s amazing how they can even see bad comments from employees if such exists. I would never take my web presence for granted. Thanks again to these guys for saving my reputation. I highly recommend them!
