Review content:
I went to Dr. Ling's office just a typical office visit at April 2016 The billing after, however, was a nightmare that we're still dealing with five months later. I was sent a bill in May which my husband sent a check for. We were sent a second bill in June, which we called to ask about and were told by Tracy that the first check was not received. During that phone call, we paid another check and then stopped payment on the first check. We actually paid more than the original bill to stop payment, but did it as a thorough security measure. A month after that, we were sent another bill because the first check sent was received and cashed, but it bounced because of the stop payment. When we called to sort it out with Tracy, she dismissively explained the payment discrepancy by saying the doctor was on vacation at the time the check was received. We asked to speak to Dr. Ling to sort out the situation, who chose to yell in response saying that we were wasting his time as a businessman, splitting hairs about payment, and told us not to come back. Both unprofessional and illogical. How the arguments he used could be equally, if not more validly be reversed is confusing to us. Ultimately we ended up paying because they resorted to threatening to send us to collections over an amount that wasn't worth fighting for. I'm sure other people have had completely normal and pleasant visits here, but this was ours.
