Jake and Sean came out today and not only did a great job on the planned work but also found out that one of our tubs had never been tied in to the sewer system. Water has been running straight down into the crawl space. We have a vent system down there so it wasn't as bad as it could have been, but the water was attracting rodents and could have caused a huge mold/bacterial growth. Last year during a holiday we had a situation and no one else would come out, but CPI did. Jake very knowledgeable and both he and Sean very polite and personable.
