Both Chris, who is our technician who comes to our home and for Liz at the Blue Flame Office, these two people are top notch, A Plus, plus, plus!!! Their work, their help to me, their politeness, good people skills and promptness are a pleasure to deal with. I could not be happier as they are the best we have ever had. I have a 81 year old husband in poor health so I really appreciate all that they do for me, Chris in showing me how to deal with the heater this time, change filters, etc. etc. and Liz always so pleasant in getting me schedules and follow up and follow through.
