Steve did not properly clean and oil my sewing machine. He over oils everything so much your machine will drip oil out the bottom. He missed many spots shown in my manual. He also sprays WD40 on areas that are not to be oiled and especially with a product like WD40. His mechanical skills and tool selection leave a lot to be desired. He tried to adjust an item without loosening the set screw and tore up the head. Unfortunately, in my opinion, his reputation does not precede him or I would never had hired him. BEWARE. In my case he overcharged, did not give a proper receipt with breakdown of parts, labor sales tax etc. and removed a part and took it with him saying I did not need it and as it turned out sold me back my own part. YES! Buy a manual or watch some videos on youtube about your machine and you can do a better job easily. These are my opinions. I state this because Steve is an intimidator and will threaten law suits etc... Again BEWARE.
