My entire family has been with Earl's agency 3 years and very happy with him. He's always ready to help us when we have questions or changes to our account. The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. \r

We once had a huge home claim with an overflowing toilet. Earl actually came out to our house and helped us move stuff. He stayed until the cleaning company arrived and checked up on us often. He really went above and beyond for us, and it is for that claim help that we will stay with him.\r

I don't know what the gentleman above is talking about. We are always able to contact Earl and never had any problems with him.
