I took in consideration of the good online ratings I saw regarding Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical - which persuaded me to try them out instead of their competition. So, when the technician came out to my residence I felt like he wasn't quite as prepared as he should have been, for instance, he didn't have his equipment with him just in case I wanted to hire him on the spot. He didn't have a ladder or anything else pertinent to the job. He began to give me quotes without really accessing the problems that I need fixed; just looked at this and that and told me what it would cost to get it fix. I wasn't happy with his proposal. I had to consistently call him to ask him when he'll fix the doorbell that should have been done right the first time. However, he changed out some light fixtures and the experience and the results were satisfactory. Overall, I just don't like the fact that I had to keep calling him to come back to complete and correct what he started.
