Bad Reliability. 9/9/16 technician arrived at my home to repair cook stove oven. Technician ascertained it was a bad control panel and would order a new one but needed $236.75 deposit to order the part.. Paid deposit. Technician returned about a week later and installed part. I paid the bill in full. The next day I find the oven still does not work. Technician returns and ascertained that it was the oven control knob. He said he would order a new one. The technician missed 2 appointments without notice. I called another repair and the findings is the control panel is bad and there is no such thing as ordering the oven control knob as it was on the same board that the technician replaced. I have been without my oven for over a month and the technician does not answer my calls or keep appointments he has made. I would like a refund to resolve this matter. This business has already been paid in full.
