Review content:
I searched for a company who offered free towing - car broke down in Blanco, TX and needed towed. Liz at A Best was very responsive, dispatched a tow truck, and did what we thought at the time was a great job on the repairs, albeit a little on the high side for $$$$. Very satisfied...for about three months.
Tried contacting them for warranty work. When I could get someone on the phone to schedule an appt to drop the car off, I'd get the run-around and a promise to call back. Never happened. Finally I drove to the shop to find them locked out by the landlord. Now they're working out their home, but refuse to honor the warranty. Instead, Liz referred me to "Sinsanto's" to get the car checked out, but "there might be a charge for repairs, but at a reduced rate"...yeah, right...NOT GONNA HAPPEN! Retained an attorney and meeting with her this afternoon.
I'm very disappointed with this business. Please do the research, read all the reviews, check out the BBB, and make your own judgement.
