Review content:
The Crim Law Firm will not allow their clients to utilize the services of pre-settlement funding companies. A pre-settlement funding company is similar to a businessman who buys a farmer???s crop, at a discounted rate, while it is still in the field. If the crop fails the businessman losses all his money while the farmer keeps what he was paid. Personal injury cases drag on forever; there are certain types of people who need the services that pre-settlement companies provide. If the Crim law firm cannot accommodate these types of people, then the Crim Law Firm must not take them on as clients. Therefore, if you are a poor person, living a couple of paychecks from homelessness, avoid the Crim Law Firm as though it was a plague of Black Death. If the Crim Law Firm was an honorable group of lawyers, their indigent clients would be informed beforehand that pre-settlement funding was of limits. Pre-settlement funding companies charge a huge price for the use of their high risk services; so what, the desperate and the poor always pay higher prices for everything anyway. I am now in dire straits because this service is not available.\r Approximately two years ago, an automobile that I used for business was totaled in an auto accident; the insurance company took two months to settle. I did not work for two months, and I suffered a combined personal and business lost of about ten thousand dollars. I had to borrow these funds to get back on my feet. At present, my personal injury case is dragging, and they are predicting it will take more than two more years to settle. My business is in a bad way and these lawyers are telling me that I cannot utilize a pre-settlement funding company to use my own money. What do the Crim Law Firm has to lose? Moreover, they will not give me my legal records; they lie when say the person I want to speak to is unavailable; they keep me or my representatives on permanent hold. Are these ethical reasonable people?
