I love the fact that I was updated as to when you would be at my home and that time was important. I also loved the fact that my tech took time to look at everything that might be problematic not just the easy stuff. And I loved the fact that he did not leave until it was fixed so I could use it and then gave me a guarantee that if it showed up after he left I could call him back at the office number and he would be back the next day to help again. Thank you
