Review content:
First of all, I know Dr. Wilkes was a great Veterinarian and nobody can fill his shoes.\r

Second of all, I own Red Bluff Animal Hospital as well and feel free to check my reviews. I have high standards of how I want patients and their "children" treated. \r
\r
Third, Dr. Sierra is no longer employed at Richey.\r
\r
Dr. Briles is a great doctor and we worked well the first year. Unfortunately, things didn't work out well the second year and we parted ways. I have nothing negative to say about him and wish him well.\r

This brings me to my point, I want high quality care and medicine for clients. Most great veterinarians are already employed so I am having a hard time finding one that practices the way I believe they should meaning treat all clients equally, fairly, in a timely manner, with the highest quality medicine at a fair price. I won't quit until I can find a veterinarian and employees that can do this.\r

As for being put on hold for 15 minutes, our phone system beeps non-stop
