Terrible experience. I selected a book bag to buy, with a large price tag clearly visible outside the bag. I also selected 2 books to purchase and placed them in the book bag. The manager then, suspecting me of shoplifting, ordered me to remove the books from the book bag. Ishowed her the price tag to let her know I was not putting the books into my own bag but into a bag I would be purchasing. I also told her, 'No', and proceeded to check out, with her following me to the front of the store as she continued to order me to remove the books from the book bag. When I reached the check-out desk I asked to speak to the manager's supervisor, by phone if needed, to complain about her harassment. Instead the manager showed up to take my complaint about her. My wife has also been harrashed in a Barns & Noble in another city. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
