Review content:
We recently replaced two air conditioning units at or home. We very much appreciate Comfort Air keeping both of the old units running for 20 years. The crew who came to install the new units were all very polite, friendly and professional. They worked very hard and clearly wanted to do everything correctly. They were able to get our main unit up and running the first day, which made our home comfortable the first night. The crews changed members from day to day but they were all professional and every one of them introduced themselves by name when 1st entering our home. Our concern and disappointment came on a weekend about 10 days following installation when our "top-of-the-line" main unit stopped working. Our house quickly became unbearably hot. Comfort Air did send a technician who arrived about midnight and stayed until 1:30 am checking things out. To our great concern, he could not find anything wrong and the unit started working on its own. Obviously our concern is that we spent a ton of $ on these units and the big one lasted 10 days before stopping. How do we know it won't stop again?
