Review content:
I have a water source heat and cooling system that is very different from conventional heating and cooling systems. When I have trouble with it, I have great difficulty finding a service company that will work on it. Until I called Comfort-Air. After an initial trip to get familiar with what they were dealing with, they sent a senior level technician (Robert) who did a thorough job of investigating and diagnosing the problem. A member of Comfort-Air's management team took interest in my system and participated in the evaluation and repair. This team was very effective at getting to an understanding of the problem (a leak in the water system) and correcting it (replacing a corroded accumulator tank).
They are my go-to company now for heating and air conditioning problems.
