We recently purchased a semi-older house (1985) and had to a do a total rehaul on the duct work. The guys that came out arrived a few minutes early (which to me, means on time), started work immediately, and worked like a well-oiled machine. They were extremely polite and provided us with updates as they went. The air-flow in my house improved drastically, as did the quality of air. No more dusting every single day and no more constant coughing and sneezing! We can't thank Comfort Air enough for the quality of work they provided.
