Review content:
Bought a new dishwasher from Hendricks in October 2016. Was told that we would get a call from them when it came in. Did not hear from them as expected so called and of course it was in. Was told that the installer would be at our home between 10 AM and Noon on Saturday. Did not show by noon so called the installer was told that he would be here but was running 2 hours behind. So 3 PM comes and goes. Still not here. Not the kind of service I expected. Will not buy from them again.
