I walked in with no appointment after being told by Just Tires I would need to wait 1.5 to 2 hours after unsuccessfully trying to make an appointment with them that same morning (they would not make an appointment for just a tire problem.)
Here they listened to my story, and told me they cannot promise anything faster than in an hour. I agreed. The job was finished as promised, and they did fix the problem the dealer failed to diagnose or fix.
I was impressed. Thank you.
