I purchased a Home Care Agreement from Michael and Son when I recently moved into a 26 year old home. I realized I needed a true assessment of the current condition and recommendations for repair and/or replacement for plumbing and HVAC. Michael and Son has exceeded my expectations sending knowledgeable/courteous technicians, providing quality work in a timely manner for a competitive price. When I have called Michael and Son over the past year (for various reasons) the dispatchers have been courteous, friendly, helpful and the appointments have been timely. I would especially like to recognize HVAC Technician, Thomas, for going above and beyond in his thorough assessment of the mismatched HVAC units, performing necessary maintenance, advising me on options for replacement/repair, and patiently answering all my questions.
