Very unprofessional. We told the owner that we were going to be getting several estimates when he came to our home. however, he was pushy and told my husband that he wanted to put him on the schedule (just in case we decided to go with them) for the following week because he was so busy. He called my husband the night before and left a message saying she could be there in the morning to do the job. My husband did not get the message ends I was at the grocery store. I came home to find a truck in my front lawn with tire marks all over the place and they were beginning to cut down the tree. Luckily, I got them to stop in time. He was angry. I was angry. They left my yard looking like a dirt track. They left lens on my lawn and did not put my zip line back in place correctly. They even left logs by the bottom of my tree that they used to climb to remove my zip line. I am so upset with the company and it is going to take us a long time to fix our lawn. Also, to top it off the limbs they took down were from a tree that we didn't want touched! Can you believe that! Terrible all around. I wouldn't use them if that did a job for free!!!
