Over the summer, I had a leak that burst and covered my entire kitchen floor with water. I had a reverse osmosis watering unit that hadn't been used for the last nine years and apparently one of the cartridges had cracked. The unit was leaking slowly for a long period of time until finally it just burst altogether. I called the company I got the unit from but was told that they don't do repairs for the unit. They referred me to Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection and I gave them a call right away. The man I spoke with was very pleasant to talk to and was able to get someone out to my home very very quickly. The repairman came out within a very short time of the call and fixed the unit in no time. I paid around $100 for the service call and repair, which I thought was quite reasonable. Overall, excellent service from Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection. They went above and beyond my expectations and I would not hesitate to call them again!
