Review content:
We called and had what we thought was a complete plan. Our dates were 9/18-9/19. They arrived 9/20 with no notice except 1 call from the driver saying he wasn't coming. They flipped my boxes all around, broke several items and damaged furniture. Even though I wrote fragile on my boxes, nothing was handled carefully. So angry. Also had to pay extra because we needed a second truck. I was originally told by salrs person ( Liz) that we would have our own trick. Since they were 2 days later than what we were told, other load was on the truck. Consequently we needed 2 trucks. Such a horrible experience. Never use Affordable!! Not affordable. Ohio to NC cost me $19,000 and we packed everything. Not as we unpack, we find our stuff is broken. So angry.
