This was my first car buying experience and personally I was VERY happy with the service I received. I actually approached Steve asking for a test drive since i had already saw the car online and knew some things about it. To my surprise He wasn't pushy, and didn't give off that ""salesman"" vibe that makes me uncomfortable. Instead he was really down to earth, answered all my questions and helped me to make sure the car was exactly the way I wanted before pulling off. After a long fight with finding a first time insurance company, I was finally able to finish buying the car. Even though my transaction went passed close on a Saturday thanks to setting up insurance, he and Gale in finance didn't once act anything but friendly and professional. I was nervous going to a dealership because of bad experiences I read online but for me, Steve and Gale were perfect at not pressuring me and just letting me decde what I want and helping me get it. Overall I LOVE the car and personally I highly recommended checking this place out.
