As the rating says ""Woohoo! As good as it gets!"" \r \r I got my first Honda from them in 2010, a Civic LX. It was a great experience to work with Gary from the sales team. Moving to 2014, I decided to go for a CRV. This time I worked with Tony Longo. Again, I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my car. Initially I planned on going with a certified one from 2011 or 2012 but ended up getting a 2014. Tony is an absolutely fabulous person to work with. No pressure, patient. We were there was for over 3 hours with a 3 year old. Even my daughter enjoyed being there! They gave me the discounts without me having to haggle over the price and I got a great price for my trade-in. It was at the top mark as per kbb. Some friends had asked me to get a price and check with other dealers but I really didn't want to. I got a great price for my trade-in, got a great price for the new one and I really like the dealership so simply put, I didn't have any motivation to search for a better deal (if there was one)\r \r As far as the servicing goes i saw some negative feedback here. I have had my civic serviced here for 4 years and not even once have I had issues with any of the process. Scheduling and appointment is as easy as can be. At each service you get a clear picture on the status of your car and what would be the upcoming expenses, if any. They email you the updates. One time I remember the wait was a little longer than was promised. I got a free oil change on that day! \r \r So all in all I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a Honda!
