Brian Jacobs was my sales representative at Superior Honda of Omaha. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I had called the dealership to inquire if they had a specific model and color of a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe, which they did. When I arrived, the car was waiting in front for me, however, it was raining. Brian pulled the car into the garage and showed me the car's features. Brian was not a pushy salesman, he simply shared his knowledge of the vehicle and let me make my own decision, which I really appreciated. I decided to go ahead and lease the car, but since it was raining it was agreed that I would pick it up the next day. When I arrived, the car was once again waiting for me in front, but it had been completely detailed and shining inside and out, with a full tank of gas. Once I finalized the paperwork, Brian had already had my cell phone connected to the car?s hands free capabilities. He then showed me every specific detail regarding the operations of all of
