Tim Bobbett is my Service Advisor at Superior Honda.When you walk into the dealership the staff acts was though they care that you are a customer or potential customer. I've been to other dealerships that you get the feeling they'll talk to you if it doesn't put them out, but not so at Superior. My service advisor, Tim takes time with you and he listens to your requests and handles himself with a high degree of professionalism.I have worked in heavy duty truck dealerships in the past and my employer made the statement once that" Sales sells the first vehicle, Service and a quality staff sell everyone thereafter". and if you think about it that is a very true statement.
