We first bought a puppy Malchi from Marks Ark for my niece and dealt with Todd he was very nice. We went back and bought a puppy for my hubby and I a Corkie and she ended up getting sick, when we contacted Todd he was very nice and concerned sent us to his Vet. Todd stood by his word and made everything right. People on here complain of the smell believe me Im sensitive to smell Marks Ark smells like a petstore. I honestly can say if you get home and within a few days your puppy gets sick, contact Todd and he will work with you. He is very caring and kind.
