Terrible service. My windshield was cracked, they came and replaced it and I noticed there was a huge air leak when driving home that night. They came out 2 more times and were unable to fit it properly. The last guy put tape on it! The manager of the shop is unreal. He will not give you a name or number of anyone else to complain to. I ended up going to another shop which pointed out to me the damage that Glass Dr. did, they not only scratched all around my windshield, they actually put a hole in my roof. Ended up having to turn this over to my insurance. What started out as a simple cracked windshield became almost one thousand dollars in car repairs thanks to the Glass Dr's incompetence and rudeness.
