Review content:
Travis was very professional and well mannered when he was in my home. He explained each step of the work he was doing and answered all my questions. He drilled the faucet hole exactly where I wanted it. He cleaned up the area where he worked. I was very happy with Travis and the job he did.
While not Travis' fault, there is a noticeable discoloration on one of the quartz slabs about the size of a silver dollar. I am not sure how this even passed the factory inspection at Stoneworks before it was brought to my home. I have contacted Stoneworks and now waiting for their response. I need to know what they are able to do with the slab so that my tile work can proceed. The defective slab is holding up the completion of the project.
