Review content:
I had a problem with my Travel Trailer on the morning of a trip. These guys agreed to take it in on short notice and fix it.\r
They did a good job on the repair, BUT when it come time to re-attach it to my vehicle the Tech went to lift the front end with the foot on the trailer, he strong armed it past the stop and kept winding it up and up until the threaded rod come out of the screw and sestroyed the thread end. He then took it off of the trailer and proceeded to bang it on the ground before I could ask him what the heck he thought he was doing. After a few minutes of this he turned to me and asked flat out ""What do you want me to do about this?"" I said fix it. They charged me $50 to replace it with a new one. The idiotic Tech stated ""Well, these things happen"". Using that logic I can go into their dealership and go around to each and every one of their trailers and strong arm each of them and destroy the thread without getting into trouble. \r
I'll NEVER go their again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone that wants to only be charged for actual work done and nothing else.
