I can honestly say that working with this company was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Once the contract was signed we could not get them to commit to a start date. When we finally got a start date we made sure to be out of the house. They did not even start working until almost a week after they told us we needed to be out. The progress was slow mostly because they would not show up to work until after 10, took long lunches and were done for the day by 3 at the latest. The flooring we agreed on was never checked so when it was time to get it they had nothing. This lack of organization would plague the entire project. We were out of our house for well over a month which was huge amounts of money out of our pocket. We still don’t have a working kitchen, but they don’t care. When we tried to get the countertop install setup they told us to call Lowes. Not only were they unorganized they have several crew members that had bad tempers. I had to walk my children past them with my hands over their ears. I will never work with this company again. HORRIBLE.
