I bought a 2006 Passat from Fairfield Volkswagen ten years ago. I always had it serviced there. Loved my car. That car was totaled in 2010. It protected me in the accident, so I bought another one!! \r
This Passat has also been very good to me. I owe it to the staff at FV for their part keeping it in good condition. \r
Chad and Josh are always very kind and helpful when I need troubleshooting or have any questions. I never have any problem making appointments that are convenient for my schedule. I get a pleasant call when there are questions and when my car is ready for pick up.\r
I never feel pressured to complete any recommendations. Their prices are always fair. And, they've gone as far as to look up coupons for me on occasion. I appreciate that extra effort!\r
