I am a small business owner in the landscaping indusrty. I figured I would give The Lawnmower Shop an opportunity to PROVIDE ME THEIR SERVICE. I figured I could order the parts on line, but I would give them a chance and pay their (higher) prices, in exchange for their SERVICE. I have ordered parts from them on 4-30-2014 from counter person Jessica. I have stopped in twice since to ASK THEM if my parts have come in. I never received a call from NO ONE, not even to tell me they were back ordered or when they are EXPECTED in. If this is the way they run their business, I can not imagine what their SERVICE DEPARTMENT must be like. I regretfully will not be using THE LAWNMOWER SHOP INC for any reason. At this point and time, I am still waiting for the parts I have PAID IN FULL.
