Businiess name:  Tires Plus Total Car Care

Review content:
I brought my car for a high milleage oil chage to get the free tire rotation they offer for oil changes. I never told them I marked my tires before bringing it there. They told me I can pick it up in 3 hours. 3 hours later I called and they said it was not ready yet, so I said fine as long as the work gets done. Another 2 hours later I went to pick my car, and upon paying I asked to make sure the tires were rotated and the person in charge said yes and even showed my and read the work receipt to show that the job's been done. When I came out to my car, I saw the tires were never rotated. I went back inside to confront them about and the mechanic came in and told me the he did not rotate the tires because the rear tires were ""chappy"". What is funny to me is that the tires had less than 12,000 miles on it, and it is a 4WD 140HP rav4, (not much horse power to wear a tire out). So what I did is I took it to another car center and had it inspected and asked them if it was to ""chappy"" to be rotated, and they looked at me asking what am I talking about? There should be a law to put up signs on the doors of the establishments to warn consumers about these business practicing these rip offs.
