Per their request I provided the county animal shelter documentation at the time of my dog's spay. This was so that they could direct bill the shelter for her surgery. I then received a bill for $80 for the spay. Upon contacting the vet, the "office manager" advised me that they have no contract with the shelter and that I needed to pay the bill and attempt to get reimbursement from the shelter. This is not what I was told by their office or by the shelter. After discussing this for 20 minutes she refused to do anything further. I contacted the shelter and was reassured that they did in fact have a contract with the vet and that the vet's office had just called them asking for my adoption paperwork because they had "lost it". When I attempted to call the vet back to make certain that they had the paperwork and would be following up, I was yelled at and hung up on by the "office manager". I attempted to call them back again and once again she picked up the phone, screamed at me that we
