Review content:
Great care by the veterinarian staff, abhorrent care by the office staff. The "office manager" spent 20 minutes arguing with me about a bill for a spay that was covered by the county animal shelter. After I called the shelter and confirmed that I was in fact correct, I attempted to call the office back. She picked up the phone, addressed my directly by name (I assume they have caller ID), yelled "We're done", then hung up on me. I expected an apology, or at the very least something to the affect that it was being taken care of, but no such luck. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
