Review content:
We set up an appointment with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to get an estimate to replace a 16 year old electric water heater. Keith was our representative from BFP and he asked what our needs were and set about writing out our estimate, which included code updates for the new water heater installation. After we had gathered three estimates from three different companies and weighed each experience, we agreed that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing would be our choice. Keith was also our installer. He and Manuel were fast, efficient, friendly, punctual, and totally professional. Everything was completed in less time than expected and the new water heater is working great! Thanks so very much!
