Review content:
Kitchen faucet was leaking under the cabinet. Technicians came and identified the problem as a broken tube on the nozzle. They advised me to call the Moen manufacturer, as they told me that Moen has a very long and good warrenty. They could have easily just charged me for the part and the repair, but I was very impressed with their honesty. I called and Moen is sending a replacement part at no charge! I will have them come back to install the part. The technicians were very professional, polite and explained everything very clearly. Very impressed!
