Review content:
There is a rumor that the Hearth Division maybe shut-down. This would be a significant loss to the customers they support. If we need a service call in the future for the pellet stove we purchased from Taylor, we prefer that no other company service our stove except Taylor.

Thank you for your review. We are in fact closing our showroom in Avon; however we are not exiting the Hearth business. Our customers are important to us and you can rely on us for service on your equipment for many years to come. Thank you for choosing Taylor Heating.
