What a pleasure it was to have worked with you and Budget Blinds. You can be sure that I will recommend you and your company for now on! The whole experience, from start to finish, was such a pleasure. I so appreciate your advice, guidance and many ways to save me money, yet offer me ways to ensure my house still looked like a million bucks, well, almost. Thank you so much for coming to my house on the weekend with all your Budget Blinds selection at my convenience. Your knowledge of the various products made such a difference when selecting and choosing which items would work best in each room, paying full attention to lighting, at various times of the day. Your selection of products from which to choose was large, yet not overwhelming, probably because the way you showed it to me kept me in line with a price range, a texture, a style and so forth. That was a nice touch! I also appreciate your sharing with me how certain shades work, how to keep them clean, and so forth! I appreciate the timeliness with which the items were sordered and then able to be installed, at my convenience. Even when I changed my mind at the last minute to a different color and you had to rewrite the order, it was not an issue to you. The whole process was smooth! One thing that is important to note is that in this order I had ordered blackout shades because one of my sons was having trouble sleeping, and I am thrilled to say that after the shades were installed, he actually had a good night's sleep!!
