Review content:
I recently went into a big discount store to purchase a set of blinds for my living room window. I was not impressed with their samples hanging in the store, or how their books were kept. Customer Service was rather poor as they took at least ten minutes to simply acknowledge my husband and I being in the store. Their record keeping was sloppy regarding the measurements we had paid them to come take. We walked out -wasting our time and money to get there. Todd's books are well-kept and fun to look at. He takes the time for his customers to be well-educated and happy with the final choices. Todd gives his subtle opinions but does not overwhelm your choice. It's great he comes to your door to help you envision the product at home rather than under the glare of the store lights. Quality products and great customer service. You might be tempted to cut corners but in the end run it's better to go to someone who truly cares that you're happy with how your home looks and feels to you.
