I went online today to write about my wonderful experience with Design Windows and in shock I read the horrible review below. I experienced just the opposite! We originally had several quotes. Fausto with Design Windows came in and offered my husband and I a great price and a great looking window. We originally signed with Design however another local company (a guy with an Australian accent) came in after and offered to lower the price by $500.00. Against my best judgment, I decided to cancel with Design and go with him. Weeks and weeks went by and found out that this other company took my money and ran. It has taken us over a year to save the money back up. We came back to Design Windows, had our contract reinstated, house was measured within 2 days and windows installed right before Thanksgiving. I was delighted with how quick, professional and easy to work with that all the employees are. To all the staff at Design Windows, my husband and I thank you for such a wonderful job and will always refer you!!
