I recently had 25 wood clad windows and 4 french doors replaced by Design Windows. My experience was fantastic from start to finish! I asked for several references from Design and was very pleased with the feedback I was given. One of the references even mentioned they had service work that had to be done but they stated Design handled it promptly and they were very happy to refer them.\r

David, the salesman who came to my house took initial measurements and discussed our project in detail with my wife and I. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy (like your typical sales guys are). He also gave a fair price for such a large project. We were not prepared at the time to sign the contract as we wanted to get other bids and do more research on the companies providing the job proposals. David followed up a few days later and we were happy to move forward with Design Windows.\r

I highly recommend them and don't be afraid to ask them for references as we did. We were even able to drive by some of the homes they did in my area to see the finished work.
