Review content:
Wow Firestone has really gone down hill. I bought 4 new Firestone AT for my truck 11 months ago $800 + and had new brake pad and rotors (Bendix) install by another ase certified shop around 11 months ago and no one but Firestone has touched the tires but Firestone and within the two times I've went for a alignment and rotate and balance I've gotten a bad shaking coming to a stop with the new brakes and rotors. The other ase certified shop said that I had hot spots on the rotors due to some lug nuts being over tighten and two of them was so loose it could be loosen buy hand. They say that they use a air gun then hand tightened by hand with a hand torsion bar but I know better from now on. I'll take my business some where else from now on. I also talked to one of the workers today and he said I should have brought I there for them to look at it but I just really don't trust them no more when breaks should last more then 11 months. Stay away I'm warning you before you make the same mistake I did. And also a air gun used on the center caps striped my caps out where ones missing now and that $100 more out of my pocket. And I know if I try to contact them I'll just get a excuse to cover their ass So it's not worth my time any more. Good luck all and heed my advice before this $300+ mistake happens to you.
