Don't be fooled by what you see on the outside. And don't let your first impression of what you see on the inside drive you away either. The Monte Carlo has great food at really good prices, and it doesn't matter what the decor looks like. This place will quickly become one of your favorites.
My grandmother was kind of a society maven, and she just loved this place, which I found really surprising. But when you try it, you'll understand.
