Going to this office is a headache from start to finish. Parking is so tough and they instruct you to park across the street illegally. They told me that even though there are towing signs, I should park there anyway. Leave at least 20-25 minutes to find parking. Front desk staff are unprofessional. They charged me a copay when I didn't have one (and explained that to them). My surgery bill copay was exactly three times more than I was originally quoted even though nothing changed and the surgery went as planned. My insurance stayed the same. Scheduling surgery was a headache and it was hard to get anyone to call me to tell me how to prepare for the procedure. Wait time in the office is always over 45 minutes and once they forgot about me completely. Staff put smelly takeout food on a table in the room I was in and then interrupted my appointment to come in and get it. Physical therapy had long waits too and it was mostly just to measure the progress I made at home rather than doing an
