Review content:
I switched to PCY from my family doctor at the recommendation of a long time friend. What a disappointment! My daughter had a cold and was wheezing terribly. My husband called to schedule an appointment for her at 8:30 am and was told she could not be seen until 9:30 pm. I called my family doctor and asked to switch her back and they told me to bring her in immediately and when I asked if I needed an appointment they said no to rush her in if she was having breathing difficulties...yet PCY was ok with seeing her 13 hours later. We also had another incident when my daughter fell down some steps. She was exhibiting classic signs of a head injury. We called PCY right away and were told a doctor or nurse would call us back but that they would probably want to see her. We waited 30 minutes and rushed our daughter to the ER. PCY called us back 4.5 hours later after we were home from the ER with the results of a CAT scan. Needless to say, we are back at my family doctor now.
