Review content:
We recently had a water heater tank failure and subsequent replacement by Ravinia Plumbing. The work needed to be done on a Saturday and the technicians were very professional, friendly, and engaging. Dispatch and scheduling was very easy. The technicians were upfront with pricing and listed multiple options which we very much appreciated. They were able to navigate the old water heater up a small flight of steps and the new one in without incident. The work site was left clean and in order.
